Accommodation
On-campus
Participants have the option to reserve guest rooms on the campus of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) at an agreed rate once they have completed their registration. Room selection will be prioritized based on the sequence of registration. Please note that normal registrants with No-Housing packages will be responsible for covering their accommodation costs. For more information on on-campus accommodation, kindly reach out to us at cogi.bsbe@hkust-gz.edu.cn.
Additionally, we will arrange on-campus accommodation for our invited speakers (Dormitory 5C and 6C).
