Audiovisual Facilities: COGI meetings are held in the 180-seat Lecture Hall C and broadcast online via live streaming video. The audio/visual team is located in the screening room behind Lecture Hall C. They have a suite of state-of-the-art audio and video technologies for Mac and PC. Supports full screen display for all 4:3, 16:9 or 16:10 style presentations.

Oral speakers should plan to upload their presentation to one of the presentation computers at least 1 hour before the start of the session in which they are scheduled to speak. It is strongly recommended not to use web links as their functionality cannot be guaranteed during live demonstrations.
