Regular packages (for invited speakers) are all-inclusive and cover registration, food, housing, parking, receptions, and a banquet.
No-Housing packages (for normal registrants) cover all costs except housing. We do not provide a per diem. COGI registration fees do not include travel and ground transportation costs. The registrants should reserve housing by themselves.
Student rates apply to undergraduate, graduate, and medical students who are currently enrolled and have not yet earned a terminal degree (Ph.D., MD, etc.). Students should present their student ID cards for on-site registration.
Academic rates apply to all postdocs, and all principal investigators and scientists working at academic, government, or nonprofit research institutions.
Corporate rates apply to all other scientists working in the private sector.

Registration is non-transferable. Participants are not registered for the meeting until the fees are paid in full. For further information, please contact us at cogi.bsbe@hkust-gz.edu.cn.
Full payment is required upon registration. After registration, you will have your account and you can make payments in your account. We accept WeChat Pay, Alipay, and UnionPay. Please write your name in the payment note and keep the payment screenshot for subsequent verification and invoice issuance. (请在付款备注中写上您的姓名，并保留付款截图，以便后续核实及开具发票。) All bank charges associated with payment are the responsibility of the registrant.
If you are unable to attend the conference due to temporary changes, please officially notify us by email (cogi.bsbe@hkust-gz.edu.cn), email subject: COGI refund application, email content: refund applicant's name, order number, email and mobile phone number.
Cancellation 1 month (8 Nov) prior to the meeting will result in a 100% refund of the registration fee; cancellation 3 weeks (15 Nov) prior to the meeting will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee; cancellation 2 weeks (22 Nov) prior to the meeting will result in no refund of the registration fee.
The refund payment will be made by bank transfer, which requires the personal and bank information.
After the transfer is completed, please send the name of the conference, the transfer voucher, the name of the participant, mobile phone and the payment screenshot to cogi.bsbe@hkust-gz.edu.cn to issue an invoice for the registration fee. The invoice will be issued within one month after the conference and sent to the registration fee payment email address.
